COVID-19 Coronavirus Response

The health and safety of our patients and our staff at Advanced Spine and Pain Clinics of MN are very important to us. What you need to know.

Advanced Spine and Pain will remain open and will be offering appointments to our patients. We want to let you know that we are in constant contact with the Minnesota Department of Health, we are staying up-to-date with the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

If you have an upcoming appointment and you are experiencing upper respiratory symptoms, flu-like symptoms travelled internationally within the last two weeks or if you’ve been in contact with those confirmed with the coronavirus, please call the office and reschedule your appointments for a later date. This will help us protect patients and staff that do not experience any symptoms

For your safety, the safety of other patients and the safety of our staff, please limit the number of visitors you bring to the clinic. You will be allowed to bring one support person. We do not recommend bringing children to your appointment. Patients coming into the clinic for an appointment will have their temperature taken before entering our office and a few screening questions will be asked by our medical staff.

We do offer virtual visits. This service will allow us to connect, screen and if appropriate treat you from the comfort of your home.

How it works:

-Call our office at (612 )9870775 and speak to staff about scheduling time between 9 am and 4 pm for a virtual visit.
-The staff member will then email you a link to the doxy.me website, where you can access the “Virtual Exam Room” via your computer tablet or smartphone.
– This is a covered service with most insurance companies including Medicare, however, if it is not covered by your plan, then there will be an additional fee.
-At the scheduled time, you and your provider will access the virtual exam room and conduct your visit.

For information on prevention, symptoms and what to do if you’re feeling sick, please call the Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 Hotline at 651-201-3920.
